Simple, Straightforward

We utilize a simple, straightforward pricing model:

You only pay for what you use. Usage fees fall into one of three categories.

Source: This is the total amount of data we download to process your request. This will always be the same size as your source video.
Output: This is the size of the resulting output files created from your request. If you specify that you want three different bit-rate videos created from your source file, this will be the total size of those three video output files.
Destination: This is the total amount of data we upload back to the destinations you specify in your request. This will often be the same as your output size. However, you do have the option to instruct us send each output to multiple destination locations, increasing this.

Our pricing is best explained with a simple example. Let's say you send us a job consisting of:

Source (1 file): The source file from your request is 640 MB.
Equation: 640 MB ÷ 1,024 (GB) × 10¢
Cost: 6.3¢
Output (3 files): You request to output high, medium, and low bit-rate videos. The output sizes are 300 MB (HIGH) + 150 MB (MEDIUM) + 70 MB (LOW) = 520 MB.
Equation: 520 MB ÷ 1,024 (GB) × 70¢
Cost: 35.5¢
Destination (6 locations): You request that we send each output file to 2 different FTP locations. 520 MB × 2 = 1,040 MB.
Equation: 1,040 MB ÷ 1,024 (GB) × 10¢
Cost: 10.2¢
Total: The total cost for this job is the sum of all three parts.
Equation: 6.3¢ (SOURCE) + 35.5¢ (OUTPUT) + 10.2¢ (DESTINATION)
Cost: 52.0¢
