Q: Do I need anything for the encoding process?
A: You will need a FTP location or an Amazon S3 bucket set up so we can acquire your file for encoding and have somewhere to put it when we're done.
Q: How do I give you permission to the files in my S3 bucket?
A: You do this by setting the ACLs of your files in your bucket. You have two options - either will allow our servers to grab the video files you select.
Option 1) Set the files to public-read. This will allow anyone to DL them, including our servers.
Option 2) Give just us access to DL your files by permitting the e-mail "info@uencode.com" read access.
